Payment terms for our services:

• Full payment of $999 USD is required before project commencement
• Additional pages are charged at $75 USD each
• Add-on services start at $149 USD for basic integration
• All payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• Refunds are subject to our money-back guarantee policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. However, please understand the following terms:

• You may request a full refund within 30 days of website delivery
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team
• Upon refund approval, we will process the full refund within 5-7 business days

By requesting a refund, you acknowledge and agree that you forfeit all rights to the website and associated materials created during the project. This policy ensures fair compensation for creative work and protects our intellectual property rights.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services.

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• You retain ownership of completed work
• Outstanding payments become immediately due
• Hosting services may be discontinued after 30 days
• Support obligations cease immediately
